The customer support is absolutely terrible. I reached out to help, due to getting text messages that I ordered subway and that it was delivered. I did not order subway and I wanted to see if it was glitch in the system or if my account was compromised. The first two live agents didn’t even read my requests as they kept answering me like I had an order and wanted to be compensated. I did not want to be compensated. I just wanted to know if my account was compromised. I then had to ask for a supervisor three times before they finally sent me to one. The supervisor calls me to tell me he can’t do anything and let me know if I was compromised or not. Very unhappy with this experience. They need to have people that actually read what their customers requests and not give you the run around.
