DoorDash Customer Service Has Gone Downhill
I’ve been a loyal user for years, but the customer service lately has become unacceptable. In the past two weeks alone, I’ve had to wait ridiculous amounts of time to speak with someone—26 hours the first time, and 5 hours the next, only for the agent to abruptly close the chat without resolving anything. I reconnected, and the issue was “escalated”… but hours later, I’m still waiting.
DoorDash blames “technical issues” for the delays, but this has been going on for over a month. A quick search online shows that I’m far from the only one experiencing these problems. Clearly, this isn’t a one-off glitch—it’s a broken system.
Terrible service, zero accountability. I’ll be canceling my account.
