This company is an absolute joke. If you look carefully on the website there are two sets of Terms and Conditions. They change and thus your contract is then made with a different company called Parcels2go.
DPD really needs to sort it's act out, it is meant o be one of the best. Chronopost in France had a far better customer experience, without all the bullsh*t that these people spout. Repeatedly told by them that parcel was lost and then found and then lost etc. The default position is "We will raise an investigation". I have been waiting 7 weeks for some contact reference a price for return from the local depot....
The worst bit is the ILLEGAL use of two sets of Terms and Conditions.
Please DPD Local, do deny that this is not he case on a Public Forum, or please do take me to court or admit the mistake and change it!
