APALLING SERVICE - Parcel sent beginning of February and returned back to UK but stuck in HUB3 no one taking responsibility of actioning this parcel - also received an email from a fraud company asking to input bank details for parcel to be redelivered the next day - found out today it was a scam and now resulted in me contacting the bank and cancelling my bank card luckily it has not been used as yet in between.
APPALLING SERVICE I JUST WANT MY PARCEL BACK SO I CAN RESEND TO GERMANY...!!!!
