First of all, I did not receive the qr code with my first order so I had to buy another one and then refund the first one.
But most importantly, they charged me fees for import tariffs after I have sent my parcel. There was no warning about these tariffs when I ordered the service. This fee exceeded the price I paid for sending it in the first place.
