IRRESPONSIBLE - NOT DELIVERING COVID TESTS
I've been waiting at home for two days and both days I received an automated message saying "could not deliver". Rang and chased it up and was promised call backs to resolve that never arrived, even with the urgency of it being a covid test!
Theres a global pandemic and this company is not delivering the tests needed. How irresponsible!
Avoid at all cost - if this is their service standard for delivering medical resources you can imagine what their service is like all together.
