The customer service - Tim and Lewis are very ignorance and not helpful at all. Tim hang up my phone on the middle of our conversation and they are very impatient. The worst part is Aaron, the complaint department, do not reply my phone call at all when he promised to call me back. Overall, this is very poor rating customer, and the staff are not very welcoming. Also, you have to wait a month to get your refund after a month of delayed on your parcel. 0 star please !!
