Now they are telling it is prohibited. Seriously? 3 pieces of paper - copies of certificates. Spent 3 days on live chat getting the big brush-off. They know nothing. These live chat only send emails to the depot. And wait. And now, the parcel is being sent back? Why? They don't know. When? They dont know? What a shambles. They DON'T care! They got your money! They will use the live chat to BS you all the way.
