Tip for actually getting the customer line to ring: You need to dial "141" before the number to withhold your number, then repeat "I need to speak to an advisor" while it asks you questions about 15 times and then it will ring through. However, once it's through, the Customer Service Agents don't help and lie about processing a refund when they don't actually have the information they would need to process a refund. Avoid at all costs, it's not worth the pain. They claim that my package was recalled to the service center about 10 minutes into my paid VIP delivery, after 5 failed delivery attempts. 4 of the reference photos are from the high street, they aren't even getting out of the car, even if you pay for VIP Delivery.
