Useless retards. Driver went to wrong address then sent a message saying he couldn't deliver because I wasn't there. Refused to return even though he was 5 minutes away. Customer service don't speak English and just mug you off with whatever lie gets you off the phone. Depot promises call back and then doesn't. Now they've "upgraded" my delivery to tomorrow after wasting my day today...I'm self employed...these mongs just cost me a day's wage. Christ they've got one job to do.... In the future whenever I'm ordering anything online I will call the supplier directly first and say I'm only purchasing their product if they don't use DPD.
