I paid extra for next day delivery to my work because it was my last day before going abroad. Despite finishing at 7 PM, I still hadn't received my parcel by 20:30. After waiting for 1.5 hours, the delivery history showed that Mandeer decided not to deliver it. Talk about frustrating! There were no options to change the delivery address or time, no one to speak to, and no way to contact the delivery person directly. This is unacceptable. I needed my purchase delivered the next day, and it never happened. I would've given your service zero stars if I could. Please address these issues to prevent other customers from facing similar disappointments in the future.
