Received a notification indicating delivery which, in fact, had not occurred. Upon contacting the depot and speaking with a representative, it was confirmed that the driver's GPS showed the parcel was not delivered to the correct address. I inquired about contacting the driver or re-delivery, only to be informed that the sender must initiate a signature dispute, which seems unreasonable. It raises the question of the complexity involved in delivering a parcel to the correct address.
