An employee(delivery driver) of yours was supposed to bring a parcel to my home today and left it at another address, although I did not tell it to be left at another address.The DPD employee who left the package at the wrong address also took a picture of the package and now the picture has disappeared from your application, only that I have proof of that picture. Since I stayed at home to receive the package and it was not brought to me, I called the DPD Customer Services 2 times today and both ladies lied to me saying that I did not write the correct address, they were referring to the number of the house where I live, but it is not true because my address appears in the DPD online application and I think that they did this because they had no explanation and to protect their colleague who delivered my package to another address. Terrible experience with DPD Customer Services, you are supposed to solve the issues not try to pretend in order to protect your colleagues. If wants more evidence, I've recorded the phone calls.
