If I could give them no stars, I would.
Awful customer service, can only talk to people online. Although they have a number on their website, it is for DPD and there seems to be no communication between DPD and DPD local.
DPD local lost a package of mine that I insured for £500 over two months ago and I have still received no refund. All of the documentation has been sent, yet they are still asking for more (just the same stuff again). Completely ridiculous and unacceptable.
