Worst courier service in the UK. Their 2 day simply delivery has not reached me yet it has been a week. Their customer service page says ‘contact us 24/7 but only monday-saturday 9-4.’ THATS NOT 24/7!! There is literally nowhere to call or ask when my parcel will deliver, it has been days now.
