Another crappy experience with Evri, my wife was waiting for a parcel, she was told in a email by Evri that the parcel would be delivered on Friday 25/07/25. As usual the parcel didn’t turn up , she then received an email later stating attempted delivery , My wife was at home all day, the picture they took was nowhere near were we live, looks the they took the picture while they were in the van. Now it looks like it’s been stuck in the warehouse since Friday evening. Then received another email saying it would be delivered Wednesday, never turned up then received another email saying it would arrive Friday even with the drivers name this time, and to our surprise it still didn’t turn up. You can’t talk to a real person when you phone them. It’s all recorded and AI, had problems with evri before when I’ve ordered stuff online, and when you leave a bad review they come back with exactly the same words but just a different name at the bottom. What joke this company is.
