So poor service. On chat we have to wait for 2 hours and if we don’t there than they don’t update your answer but they just close the chat.
Through email too no reply. You don’t know where is your product, did they shipped it or not? Is they cancelled it. No reply at all from there. I wish I can upload a picture of chat here.
Also they do cancel lot of item once we place the order and once they charged. Than they send me message for cancellation and than no reply for refund process or anything..
