I love my coach and the valuable help he provides! I started off with the 2 week trial, signed up for 3 months! Then I knew in order to reach my goals I would need his support longer. I remember messaging my coach and saying let’s do this as I agreed for a full year for nutrition and training! I did some macros counting on my own prior to a coach. But working with Braden has been a blessing. I get great feedback, we work to find what will be best for me too. I recently ran my half marathon faster than I could have ever imagined. The tweaking we did to get my macros right and the correct strength training were crucial! I love all I have accomplished and all that is still to come! I feel in control of my choices for food more now than ever too!
