HERMES/PACLINK LOST A PARCEL BETWEEN DROP OFF AND HERMES HUB. Parcel was tracked from drop off shop collection and has stayed the same since then. It is proving nearly impossible to get contact with Packlink and Hermes just refer you to Paclink.
I will never use their service again I would rather pay for a more expensive service who honours their commitments.
