DESTROYED BUSINESS TRUST
Packlink vis UPS apply a £4.16 penalty charges 5 weeks after delivering my parcel for exceeding their 180 cm overall dimension criteria. At 5 weeks after the delivery it is now impossible for me to prove otherwise although I know it was within limits and they could be telling me anything and dont have to prove it. MONEY FOR NOTHING.
Trust in Packlink and UPS is now destroyed for my business and we will avoid them in future.
