Very bad service. After placing several parcels through packlink, the delivery service (DPD in this case) never came to pick them up. I had to call DPD, and it turns out that packlink DID NOT communicate with DPD. Packlink never took responsibility, did not reply my messages (through contact form, because they do not have a direct client service).
At least I got my money back after cancelling, but it created a lot of inconvenience and unnecessary stress.
I do not recommend Packlink!!!
