If I could leave a zero star rating I would. DO NOT USE this company, they are useless.
Coupled with Hermes a double disaster. One Parcel sent, one parcel lost, so a 100% failure record.
They also apply double standards to parcel loss compensation £25 Hermes, £60 UPS, why the double standard.
Like I say use at your peril, go direct to the carrier and miss out this thieving middle man.
You have been warned.
