Same as others. Used packlink via hermes. Sent 2 x items both manufacture weight listed and proven under 2kg. Both charged at £5.90 delivery. 1 x item lost in post.
Got email stating I owe them £600 as the 2 x items weighed over 2000kg!!!! and I paid originally £265 + Vat each for posting them.
Worst is one of the items got lost I had to refund the buyer and now doesnt even look like I will get refunded even though I paid extra for full value of item (Which was £90 lol)
Shocking avoid at all cost
