Horrible services, don't use this web.
I paid the transport for my belongings with them and they lost all the packages, after 6 month and a contacting them often waiting for late replies and not even a phone call the solution is only to refund the shipping cost. I paid an insurance of 1000 euros and they didnot refund it to me becuase the invoices i sent for the lost items were older than 60 days from the day of the shipment....absolutely horrible.
