DO NOT USE (ruined Christmas)
DO NOT USE! Lost 2 of my parcels and remained in the ‘in transit’ mode and made no attempts to tell me they we’re delayed or lost. Then when I tried to claim they had gone missing they replied
“ We regret to inform you that we are unable to process the claim due to the following reason:
It is possible to submit a claim only within and not beyond 30 (thirty) calendar days from the dispatch date.”
Appalled at the service, communication and everything really. Hopefully companies like this crash bad burn and don’t get away with STEALING people’s money, Christmas presents and whatever else it is they want form us.
