I used PackLink via ebay, and I will NEVER use them again.
A speaker I posted conveniently 'disappeared', even though it was recorded as having been collected first.
Their compensation procedure for reclaiming costs is unnecessarily long, arduous and ridiculously slow. It's been over 12 weeks since my item went missing and despite chasing Packlink 4 times, I'm STILL waiting for payment and have just been told it could still be another 2 months before I receive anything.
