Total fraudsters. Unilaterally charged me £60 for excess size for a parcel I sent two months ago. Refused to send proof that it was oversized instead expecting me to have photos of the parcel with a tape measure next to it?!! IF YOU ARE CLAIMING IT IS OVERSIZED IT IS UP TO YOU TO SHOW PROOF! They simply ignore this point as they know that they can auto charge you via PayPal. Has taken so much time and hassle to sort via my bank and PayPal. DO NOT USE PACKLINK, they are useless.
