The worse customer service ever. I have been requesting everyday for a month for my parcel to be returned. There is no way to contact them on the phone and now they ignore every email and live chat. Handlers constantly promise to do things and then don't bother doing anything. Next step is now submitting a small claim court application to force payment. I spend around 2k a year on these types of parcels and won't be spending another penny with these jokers.
