I bought through their website a UPS service. They forgot to tell UPS my email and telephone number. UPS could not find the address but since Packlink did not deliver my details they were not able to contact me. The package came back to me. They did not help in any way or neither gave me a refund saying that I should check every day the tracking instead of receving emails in case of problem.
