Wish I'd read the reviews first.
Used for the first time, they smashed my parcel, I refunded the customer and put in a claim with pictures.
Then weeks later told me it was turned down as my pictures were insufficient. By then it was too late to get any further pictures from the customer.
Absolute thieving cowboys who basically call their customers liars.
