Very rubbish company just after they messed up my parcel delivery and delivered it 21 days after I left it in the inpost locker they emailed me asking for £2.65 claiming another parcel I sent at the same time using their service was 0.3kg above the specified weight. They said my parcel weighed 1.3 kg and the specified weight was 1.0kg so they wanted me to pay £2.65. What a serious joke. I saw on so many forums and even this forum that people have said they tried this same scam on them and they knew their parcel was the correct weight as they weighed it before sending it.
