They take money out of PayPal without authorisation and claiming is for sending a parcel.
They charge you for a different weight and size but they can't prove that with photo or anything else. They will send you email that you need to pay and then they take money out with out authorisation.
You can't dispute it because you need to provide photos but you need to accept what they are saying.
This is a reoccurring issue and complaint. The company is just legalised scam.
