Absolutely shocking service. My brother passed away in February. He was an English teacher and had lots of material related to language teaching. I worked with him for many years and after his passing, I was offered his teaching materials. My sister-in-law paid and trusted Packlink to deliver these materials (30 kilos of text books and audio CDs) from Mallorca, Spain to Sweden, where I work as an English Language teacher. They have lost the box and have absolutely NO explanation of what happened to it. It is of sentimental and practical value to only me and we do not want recompensated in the form of a few euros, WE WANT OUR PARCEL LOCATED AND DELIVERED!
