I placed an order for 6 x 9cm pots of antirrhinums on 3rd April for delivery mid May. I received delivery in late May - but not of my order: I received 35 plug plants of 4 types of other plants which are absolutely no use to me at all. I am so disappointed as I had designed my planting scheme around these 6 plants. I sent an email straight away to advise. After hearing nothing, I phoned only to listen to a recorded message saying that no one was answering the phones as they were clearing a backlog of emails and I should expect a reply to my email in 5-7 days. I eventually received a reply but it was clearly a template email as they apologised for my plants arriving in a poor condition. When I pointed this out to them, I just got another "sorry". This is the 3rd time Sarah Raven have let me down and needed to refund me. Their standard of service for premium prices is appalling. I have given them 3 chances, I shall not be giving them a 4th.
