Really poor service. They've let down me and Bose (the company I ordered headphones from).
I live in a building of flats two floors up. Despite having access to the building, they chose not to knock on my door to obtain a signature and instead left a note to say I wasn't in.
Every other delivery company has managed delivering things to me just fine except UPS. I won't use this company in the future.
