Customer Service: I've had a UPS My Choice account for years. I was able to sign into it today. Unfortunately, UPS has completely dropped the main use of setting up an account: to get notices about incoming packages. I have always relied on email notifications of deliveries: day prior to the delivery; exceptions; out for delivery on the day; delivered. Now all shipment-related notifications have been stopped, without notice. It is not even clear that notifications are still available.
Actual deliveries: usually within the day scheduled with sender, and reported to me by sender.
Good: Delivery people really try.
Bad: packages are filthy when delivered. Loose dirt, black scuff marks, often damaged boxes or envelopes. It is as if the packages have been dropped in a barrel of loose garbage and dirt, shaken for a while, and then put on a delivery vehicle. This is another sudden, and very bad, change within UPS systems/
