Absolutely horrible service.
There were "attempts" to deliver my package for the last 3 days. For the last 3 days I was home, together with 3 - 5 other people at a time. Not once did the doorbell ring. Instead, today I found a note of "failed delivery" - I literally stayed home by the front door for the most of the day, for the last 2 days and nobody knocked or rang the bell.
Honestly, it's comical but also frustrating because I've made plans based around the package arriving before next week.
