The parcel departed Germany on November 21st, and as of today, December 5th, we still have not received it. Despite the shipper filing an official complaint three days ago, there has been no update. The tracking site stated that the parcel had "departed", but still in the air!
After contacting their executives and, most importantly, CC'ing journalists, an investigation was finally initiated. The customer service has been utterly non-existent.
This level of incompetence is unprecedented for a "service" company. As a result, our operations are completely stalled due to missing parts.
