Repeatedly atrocious service, or more correctly, absence of service. Every time I forget to tell shipoer to NEVER EVER USE ups UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES like I always do, this bunch of crooks lose my package. And this time it's not an exception, they lost it again.
