Very bab I had 2 incidents, one the UPS store scanned my return package but still my merchandise didn’t receive it . Open claims 2 times already 😡 without solve the problem they closed the claim I reopened again today
The 2nd the driver dropped the package nowhere there’s not a tracking number or anything, I went to the UPS store to find out the information. What kind of service so ridiculous.
No wonder why they are getting 1* rates
