We were assured that a delivery would arrive today between 8am and 7pm. My wife and I took time off work to wait for the parcel (it was an important delivery). It never showed up. Rather than apologising, UPS simply sent me an email (at 8pm!) saying that the parcel will come tomorrow at some unspecified time. These people are charlatans and the company should be shut down. If I could, I would punch the CEO in the face. My family lost income because of this appalling business, and I didn’t even get an apology. I called customer service, but the lady was totally unwilling to help. I got the impression that this happens to many people. Avoid at all costs.
