UPS failed to deliver on the original planned day, I waited in all day, no one arrived. I contacted them, they said it was an error their end despite saying it was out for delivery. They said it would arrive the next day before 12, nothing arrived, I called them again. They said it would now arrive the next day, it still didn't arrive. I spent hours on the phone with them, waited for call backs that didn't happen. Absolutely shocking.
It finally arrived the after 4 days. Awful service and wasted a lot of my time.
