Worst service ever. Got email of delivery but no time quotation like other services does nor have any options to deliver to neighbours if there's nobody home. Instead they left it to their nearest UPS centre which was 20 mins away. I asked for 2nd delivery which it said it'll re-deliver but after 3 days it re-delivered to same old UPS centre.
I will rate them ZERO. They replied the email after 5 days.
