Awful service!!! I ordered a package from Poland that was supposed to arrive with me within 3-4 days, I have now been waiting 11 days! I was sent an email to say that my parcel will be with me on such a date and you did not show, then I get another email to say the date has had to be rescheduled, since then I’ve heard nothing. I’ve checked the delivery update and it’s been sitting in transit in Northampton for the last 3 days what is going in UPS???
Definitely wouldn’t recommend, not happy!
