I paid over £60 for important documents and personal items to be shipped to Ghana. I used their guaranteed 1 day delivery service.
6 days later, it hasn't left the UK yet.
Their customer service is very poor, in fact everything about UPS is poor. I will never use them again.
They don't deserve 1 star.
