Super poor delivery and customer service.
Terrible. Never trust them.
They have lost my package, they claim it was left at my door, which wasnt. I wasnt even informed about my package being left at my door without me being there.
They were unable to track it or the driver who delivered it.
They lost a very expensive package which was a Christmas gift.
And they said they cannot do anything unless the shipper contacts them.
Definitely sure I'm not going to have my package before Christams.
