I have had no end of problems trying to receive an international delivery from a company in the US called Seat Concepts. Seat Concepts have ignored all my emails. I’ve even had to phone them up and I’m in the UK to try to get them to do something about it. Rude and obnoxious. UPS are just useless and over expensive.
Never ever use this delivery company. If you do. You will have problems. They cannot be relied upon
