To be honest, there should be 0 stars rating available!
Have sent important documents to be delivered next day. 3 working days (+sat&sun in between) later I have heard rubbish after rubbish : first, the letter has been incorrectly allocated TWICE, then I was told it has left UK and is half way to the destination, then, that it has never even left UK! And I can't even request it to be returned as they don't have clue where it is!!!! Please, it you're sending anything you would actually need to reach destination - avoid UPS at any cost!
