An update on my previous review below. Just when I thought UPS couldn't get any worse my request to change the UPS Access Point to a more convenient one has now mysteriously disappeared from the system, despite me tracking it for a week to confirm the switch had occurred. I am now reaching the maximum days the original Access Point can hold the package, assuming it's still there.
There's still also no way to contact a customer rep.
This is seriously the most inept company I have ever had to deal with.
