UPS is an absolute joke. I got 2 notes within 3 days, the second being final one but according to the note itself, I should have 10 days to collect the parcel from UPS access point. Then I called customer centre and arranged another delivery ending up with another note, also final. Do I need to add I was at home all the time on all 3 occassions? The couries did nto even bother himself to check if there was anybody at home. And today the website says service unavailable, phone line has technical difficulties and I am more than certain the parcel will be sent back to the seller.
AVOID at all costs, it makes more sense to send a pigeon
